Information we process

We process your email address, optional display name, selected robot, upgrade requests, generated plans, source links, and basic timestamps. If you choose to receive email updates, we also store your current preference, the time it was recorded, and where you gave it. A one-way network identifier may be used temporarily to enforce abuse limits; the raw address is not stored in the application database.

If you use Digital Garage, we also process the robot details you choose to save: nickname, variant, purchase date, serial number, notes, private photos, installed hardware and purchase information, firmware and SDK versions, available compute and sensors, network mode, budget, technical level, privacy preference, and whether this context may be used for planning.

How it is used

Account information is used for authentication and saved work. Upgrade requests are sent to an AI provider to research and generate the requested plan. New reports are published to Community by default unless you choose “Keep this report private” before generation. Older reports are not changed by this default.

Email updates

The Droid Labs newsletter, product updates, and community news are optional. We send them only when you actively opt in. You can withdraw your consent at any time from your account settings; doing so does not affect essential account or service emails.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and site performance, such as page views, referring sites, country, device type, browser, loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability. These services do not use cookies and do not receive your account email address or the contents of your upgrade requests.

Service providers

Droid Labs currently relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage, third-party AI providers for research and plan generation, Resend for essential email delivery, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Their own policies govern the infrastructure they operate.

Your choices

Community shows the report, robot, request, and generation date, but never your account name or email. You can keep a new report private, remove a published report from Community at any time, or delete it from your account. Contact us for requests concerning account data.
